Delivery Policy
All Dexta Shop products are 100% digital assets delivered instantly after successful payment through Cfx.re.
1. Instant Automated Delivery
All purchases made on Dexta Shop are digital goods processed automatically. As soon as your transaction is confirmed through secure checkout, fulfillment triggers immediately with zero manual delay.
An automated confirmation email containing your transaction reference, item summary, and receipt details is dispatched immediately to the email address provided during checkout.
2. Cfx.re Escrow & Keymaster Binding
Packages utilizing FiveM's official Cfx.re Asset Escrow system are granted directly to the Cfx.re forum account linked at the time of purchase.
Step 1: Log in to the FiveM Keymaster portal at keymaster.fivem.net.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Granted Assets” tab.
Step 3: Locate your newly acquired Dexta resource and click “Download”.
Step 4: Extract the files into your server's resources directory and configure server.cfg.
3. Non-Escrow & Source Files
For packages where files are delivered outside of Cfx.re Keymaster escrow, check your order confirmation receipt and My Purchases dashboard for the access information provided for your order.
4. Delivery Verification & Support
In rare cases of high network congestion on upstream Cfx.re services, asset grants may take up to 5–10 minutes to appear under Keymaster. If your resource is not visible after 15 minutes:
- Confirm that you logged in with the intended Cfx.re forum account during checkout.
- Check your spam or junk folder for the official order confirmation receipt.
- Verify your order status on our Order Lookup page.
- Open a support ticket in our Discord community with your transaction ID for prompt manual verification.
