Refund Policy
Understand our policy parameters regarding digital FiveM downloads, Keymaster asset bindings, and dispute resolution.
1. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
Due to the immediate digital delivery and automated licensing of FiveM game assets through Cfx.re Keymaster, products are generally non-refundable once delivered or bound to your account.
We review refund requests on an individual, case-by-case basis under the following limited conditions:
- If the acquired product was not successfully delivered or bound to your registered Cfx.re account.
- If the script exhibits a verified, critical bug or framework incompatibility that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- If the transaction is reviewed and authorized in accordance with payment-provider compliance guidelines.
2. 24-Hour Review Timeframe
To qualify for review under the criteria above, refund inquiries must be submitted within 24 hours of the recorded transaction timestamp. Requests submitted after this 24-hour window are strictly ineligible for review.
3. Ineligible Purchases
The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Purchases made by mistake, changing of mind, or server project closure.
- Issues caused by unauthorized modifications, edits to core files, or conflicts with third-party scripts.
- Purchases made for server frameworks not listed as supported on the product details page.
- Disputes filed after asset transfer or unauthorized chargebacks initiated without prior support contact.
4. How to Submit a Refund Request
If your order meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to open a review:
Step 1: Join our Discord server at discord.gg/qEef4CRVjn.
Step 2: Open a ticket in the #support channel.
Step 3: Provide your Tebex Transaction ID (tbx-...), your registered checkout email, and details of the technical defect.
Step 4: Our development team will review the issue and respond within 24–48 hours.
5. Settlement & Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method by Tebex Limited. Settlement typically reflects on your financial statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking institution. Upon refund approval, associated Cfx.re Keymaster asset grants are automatically revoked.
