Please review these terms carefully before acquiring, configuring, or running digital scripts and resources provided by Dexta Shop.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using digital packages and services from Dexta Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not purchase or operate our digital products.
2. Product Licensing & Usage
When you purchase a script or package from Dexta Shop, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on a single FiveM server. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing our products is strictly prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Product Support Scope
Product support is provided exclusively through our official Discord channel. Support is limited to installation assistance, bug fixes, and general usage guidance. Custom modifications or integrations are not covered under standard support.
4. Updates & Maintenance
We strive to maintain and update our products to ensure compatibility with the latest FiveM versions. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, performance improvements, or new features. We reserve the right to discontinue support for any product with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All products, code, designs, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Dexta Shop. You may not claim ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to any part of our products. Removal of copyright notices or attribution is prohibited.
6. Modifications & Forks
You may modify purchased products for personal use on your own server. However, redistributing modified versions is not permitted. Dexta Shop is not responsible for issues arising from user modifications.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dexta Shop, its employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products.
9. Governing Law & Merchant Terms
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All store transactions are processed by Tebex Limited as Merchant of Record subject to Tebex checkout terms.
