- Communication contents submitted through support forms or Discord tickets
Note: Financial details (such as credit card numbers or banking credentials) are processed exclusively by Tebex as Merchant of Record and are never stored on Dexta Shop servers.

- Authenticate your identity and grant FiveM Keymaster asset licenses
- Verify order status through our secure customer lookup mechanisms
